David Rogers, PRESIDENT

David Rogers is a very dynamic presenter and an active member of the National Speaker's Association. David and several members of his staff are people that grew up in restaurants, hotels, and country clubs. He has always had a love affair with the hospitality industry, and the whole concept behind that word! He had the honor of working for many of the finest hotels and restaurants in the world, as well as service writing in and leading little family repair shops right to the top of the industry! David wraps his extensive experience up with humor, and an intensely direct attitude that is sure to make most recently spent 6 years in the recruiting industry as an independent external recruiter doing what he loves the most…interacting with business owners and executives.
Terry Keller, KELLER BROS. AUTO REPAIR

Terry Keller has 35 years in the automotive business. As a one of the first ASE Master Technicians, and now as a shop owner he is (after 3 years of being in the top 10) the winner of The National Excellence Award. He is a graduate of the Automotive Management Institute and has built a reputation not only in the local community but also throughout the industry. He has a weekly radio show where he helps 250,000 listeners understand the need for diagnostic charges, quality parts, and expensive technical procedures! Terry is known as a genuine, trend-setting leader in many ways. In his "spare time" Terry counsels and guides his employees as if they were his own family, and helps coach the local high school tennis team.
John Bamford, SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

John has 30 years extensive business experience including sales, management and accounting/auditing. His career started in the public accounting industry with Deloitte & Touche where he earned his CPA, later operating as a Controller and CFO in a large range of companies. John most recently spent 6 years in the recruiting industry as an independent external recruiter doing what he loves the most…interacting with business owners and executives. John is responsible not only for the clients' accounts, but also for training, mentoring, and overseeing of all accounts, and account managers.
